- Yogurt
- Honey
- Dark chocolate
- Heavy cream
- Almonds
- Vanilla paste
- Take natural plain natural whole milk yogurt 300 g, strained with cheesecloth possibly overnight, add in 70 ml heavy cream, 50 g of ground almonds and mix to incorporate the ingredients. Next add 100 ml of honey, 1 tbsp of vanilla paste or extract and mix to combine.
- For a chocolate flavor add some 100 g of melted dark chocolate and some crushed nuts. And freeze for an hour or more.
- Mix again or blend and freeze for another 30 minutes
- Then mix again and freeze for another 30 minutes
- Finally mix again and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
