Pure Chocolate Dessert

Dry Ingredients
In a bowl add 300 g of flour through a sieve, 190 g of pure natural cocoa powder, 1 tbsp of baking soda, 1.5 tbsp of baking powder and 1.5 tsp of salt (sift the dry ingredients) and whisk.
Wet Ingredients
Add 150 g of unsalted butter and 200 g of sugar, 100 g of brown sugar and cream it. Now pour in 3 eggs gradually, 300 ml of buttermilk, 10 ml warm water and 100 ml of olive oil, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 50 ml honey and mix until smooth and then add 8 oz of melted dark chocolate and 5 oz of dark chocolate chunks and mix again to combine.
Now combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix well.
Baking
Now pour the batter in a pan and put in a preheated oven at 180o C for 40 to 50 minutes. After that let it cool for about 30 minutes.
Frosting:
In a bowl take 8 oz of cream cheese and 200 g of butter and mix and add 21 oz of melted chocolate, 100 g of cocoa powder, 190 g of sugar/ honey, 1.5 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of vanilla extract.
Simple Frosting: cream cheese mixed with butter salt and honey. Alternatively tempered chocolate can be used for covering.
